We are down for a week and had a nail in one of our tires....other places wouldnt take us, or had over a week wait for a simple tire patch.....Coastal got us right in the same day, and as others may of tried to get us to buy a new tire, Coastal just did a quick patch and we were out the door!! Fantastic service and team....and very honest!! Thanks

My BMW M2 Competition had a right rear tire that had started to lose air pressure over a day or two. I called my normal tire and auto repair shop, but they only had one technician working due to staff illness, and said it would be a week or two before they could get me in. I asked if they would recommend someone else, and they said that Coastal Fast Lube and Tire Repair without hesitation. As it says on the web, this is a first come first served establishment. I got there at about 8:30 AM on a Monday morning, and there was a line of vehicles waiting. Clearly people on the Outer Banks trust these guys with the service of their vehicles. I was told it was going to be a few hours wait, so I sat in my car and did the NY Times crossword, moving my car forward as work was completed on cars in front of me. The guy moving the other cars was always moving quick and thanking me for moving my car along with the progression. After a couple of hours, they got my car into the service bay, and 30-40 minutes later I was driving away with a perfectly repaired tire (minus the nail). Everyone was professional, courteous, kind, and efficient. The staff worked hard, and I never saw anyone slacking or being careless. The cost of the repair was reasonable and much appreciated, and I was able to nearly complete the NY Times crossword. GREAT EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I can’t say enough about the service. These folks care about you and your safety. I’m thankful they were there for me. Helped us get back to New Hampshire
